硬度HRC -- 32 36 40 45
一般低碳(鐵) 中碳鋼 合金鋼
假設合金鋼扭力為100%,則中碳鋼約75%,一般低碳(鐵)約65%
M1.4-牙距0.3 12.9 最小破壞值
0.16N-M (牛頓-米) = 1.632Kg-cm(公斤-公分)
N=1/9.8Kg=0.1020Kg M=100cm

M5,M6扭力參考M5-0.8P*20長 合金鋼有頭內六角 硬度HRC42度---->扭力 135Kg-cm
M5-0.8P*16長 低碳六角頭(鐵) 硬度HRC--度------>扭力 70Kg-cm
M6-1.0P*20長 合金鋼有頭內六角 硬度HRC41度---->扭力 210Kg-cm
M6-1.0P*25長 中碳鋼六角頭 硬度HRC35度-------->扭力 160Kg-cm
M6-1.0P*20長 低碳六角頭(鐵) 硬度HRC--度------>扭力 120Kg-cm
以上是我的實際測試值(工具:扭力板手450Kg-cm精密度5Kg-cm)
